6 months ago I could barely run 1km without breathing lactic acid.
What I have discovered in the months immersed into cross-country training is that there is enormous potential in the human mind to improve significantly ......
It's time to break the shackles, and break free of all previous preconceived ideas / false beliefs about long-distant running, e.g. being bad for the knees etc.
I am also here to show to myself and others the ability to unleash one's potential when one applies oneself to his/her fullest.
In doing so, I kindly ask you to support my favouriate charity NeuRA.
I have some distant and some close relatives who have had a stoke, dementia, autism and several other neurodegenerative disorders.
Help me reach my goal to succeed in my first SMH Sydney Half-Marathon!
